We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your perfume, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a prepaid shipping label to make the process hassle-free.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund or send your replacement within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
